Terms of Service.
A practical agreement for exploring, creating and using our private tools.
What these terms cover
These terms cover the Human in Beta public website and access to Human in Beta Studio when authorized. Human in Beta provides editorial, educational and experimental content; Studio offers private tools for organizing media, drafts, approvals and editorial schedules. The service is evolving.
Accounts and permitted use
Studio is not an open public registration service. Protect account credentials and only manage social accounts and content you are entitled to control. Do not attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, abuse APIs, impersonate others, run spam or deceptive engagement schemes, or violate applicable law or platform rules.
Your content and rights
You are responsible for obtaining permission for materials you create or upload, including images, music, trademarks, likenesses and personal information. You retain your lawful rights to those materials. Human in Beta retains rights in its original branding, site design and editorial work.
AI, experiments and information
Articles and experiments are general information, not regulated professional advice. AI-generated content and technical suggestions can be inaccurate; evaluate sources, factual accuracy, licenses and permissions before publishing or relying on them. Significant actions should be reviewed by an authorized person.
Integrations and beta availability
Connecting third-party accounts requires real authorization and available product features. Showing an integration in a development roadmap or Meta dashboard does not mean it is live in Studio. Third-party services maintain their own terms and may limit or revoke API access. We may update, restrict or discontinue beta features.
Risk, changes and contact
The service is offered on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes legal protections that cannot be waived. We may update these terms when the service changes. Questions: [email protected].

Términos de servicio
Qué abarcan estos términos
Estos términos se aplican al sitio público de Human in Beta y al acceso autorizado a Human in Beta Studio. Publicamos contenido editorial, educativo y experimental; Studio ofrece herramientas privadas para organizar archivos, borradores, aprobaciones y calendarios. El servicio evoluciona continuamente.
Cuentas y uso permitido
Integraciones y disponibilidad beta
Vincular cuentas externas requiere autorización real y funciones disponibles.
Consultas: [email protected].
